I am so lucky that I am a part of a team that is very open to each other. Every concern that I've had have all been assisted. Workload isn't that much. Promotions are always offered and everyone is just helping each other to be better.
Minpunten
In Recruitment, there are no incentives or bonuses. The one that they always offer is OT incentive. Not everyone has the time to render more hours. Even if you are the Top Recruiter, you will rarely get any reward from it.
