Had great collogues who were lovely, worked well as a team and I felt the work was rewarding. Is good for temporary work while you are in-between jobs or want experience as an office admin or school admin

Flexible with working time. No major pressures.

Poor middle to senior management, management would never take or ask advice from pharmacy staff. Basically, management always thought they knew best and they loved their job titles, eg, I’m the Superintendent or Director. This can be a recipe for disaster in relation to successful growth.
