It's really great to be able to work with the LGBTQ population. In comparing some of the other pay/benefits, I found they were the most competitive (compared to the other jobs I applied for - aka, other private practices).

There are some structure/rules that can be annoying - like having to work on the weekend and there being a block schedule for office times rather than being able to use the offices whenever you want.

- Under-market pay rate, and benefits package. Many unpaid extra tasks and meetings - Elaborate and restrictive contract - Unethical clinical decisions made by leadership in pursuit of profits - High-turn over in clinical staff - Adversarial and paternal attitude towards both clients and clinicians - Excessive amount of documentation required - Verbally abusive leadership
