The pay is fair, aligning with industry standards, although it could be more competitive. It's enough to feel adequately compensated but not exceptional. The office location is excellent, situated in a convenient and accessible area. It's close to public transport, making the daily commute relatively hassle-free. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby amenities such as cafes, restaurants, and shops, which is a great bonus for lunch breaks and after-work activities.

The company has undergone multiple rounds of layoffs, leading to job insecurity and a stressful work environment. Morale has been significantly affected, and it’s difficult to feel secure in one’s position. The CEO’s leadership has also been disappointing. The direction from the top feels lacking, and there is a general sense of dissatisfaction with how the company is being managed. The lack of clear vision and effective communication from the CEO has only exacerbated the existing problems. Overall, intuit struggles with management issues, big layoffs, and poor leadership, making it a challenging place to work.
