Pluspunten
Established company, lots of employee perks, very competitive pay and benefits. Some really talented people.
Minpunten
I joined Intuit with high expectations, but my experience as a senior leader was the most disappointing of my 25 year career. Here's why!
Intuit promotes a day one mind set but does not embrace change. Independent thinking is welcomed until it challenges the status quo. The culture rewards conformity over healthy debate.
The biggest dissapointment was the gap between words and actions. The performance management process is a tool to justify organizational decisions than to develop people, eroding trust and creating the worst of employee experiences. They preach data driven decisions but look right over leaders with high attrition or low performance scores.
My leader led through micromanagement, low trust and manipulation. Leaders reporting to her that were willing to challenge ideas or provide candid feedback wee quickly viewed as "does not meet expectations".
There are many talented people here, but leadership and HR practices fell well short of the values the company promotes.
