Pluspunten
- My coworkers have world-class skills, are creative and *also* have strong people skills and high integrity. My coworkers are super smart and willing to spend time to share their knowledge/experience. - There's no shortage of challenging stimulating work for engineers here. I am constantly learning because we're always developing new products with good collaboration between functions/teams. - I respect our management. The right people get promoted and decisions are made with transparency and relatively little politics. Intuitive is well managed and consistent integrity come from the CEO down. - Our products are improving patient outcomes on a massive scale worldwide. For me, this brings great satisfaction to not only create interesting designs, but also to make surgery better and safer.
Minpunten
- The "paperwork" is greater in the medical field for sure. But the regulatory burden is balanced by the satisfaction of making not only $$ but making lives better. - The workload and stress can be high but no worse than average in Silicon Valley, and at least management/coworkers have our back.
