Staff are frequently overloaded with work, leading to burnout, stress, and fatigue. Long hours and lack of breaks are common. My own experience is a place full of managers who enforce unrealistic deadlines and performance goals, leading to stress and anxiety. This created a culture of fear and resentment. Mainly because of the new IT company it bought a while back
