At the end of the day, the people working for this company always come together to get the job done - there are some really awesome people working for this company and they are involved with their surrounding communities.
Minpunten
- Pay is well under industry standard (Yearly merit increases were 2-3% regardless of performance) - Getting a promotion is extremely difficult. (Mostly because lower management doesn't really know how to structure a team.) - Benefits seemed to get worse year over year (and they weren't great to begin with) - While there are a many amazing people working for this company, there are quite a few who are just dead weight and do the absolute bare minimum, most of them are customer facing which doesn't look good. - Management team could be better.
