I couldn’t identify any pros during my time here. In my opinion, this startup operates in a chaotic and unsustainable way, making it a very difficult place to work.
Minpunten
When I joined, I noticed new employees were often targeted by scammers, but there was no warning or training provided to help us spot it. In a company meeting, leadership shared that the business was doing well, but only a few weeks later, paychecks stopped due to financial issues.
Benefits like health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) were offered at first, but coverage ended after a couple of months, and I only learned later that premiums had stopped being paid. In my case, my final paycheck and owed wages were never received. This was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience, and I would encourage anyone considering this company to research carefully.
