Company is going down hill, literally in the tank swirling, recently let 40+ people go as a ‘reduction in work force’, not sure how they’ll survive. Everyone not laid off is looking for a way to jump ship. Joe Bergera isn’t CEO anymore, now it’s owned from an Italian company.

After the merger the Company is completely different, now under a different higher up management, you can expect less perks and higher expectation.
