I would recommend to anyone who might want the freedom to transfer to a new location.

Minpunten

JCP can be very political. I was treated well during my time with the company, though if your not "in" you're not going to make rapid promotions.

The employee discounts were alright

As a Cashier or Omni associate they don't take you seriously. Leadership loves to play hot potato with responsibilities and many times cashiers gets stuck with it. When dealing with angry customers they the managers don't show up or completely undermine you making you look like an ___.
