      Excellent pay & benefits. Employees are empowered to be creative when solving problems. What we do has a positive impact on the environment, quality of peoples lives, and the health of people. Never boring, always a new industry learn and problem to solve.

      Minpunten

      Must be a self-starter. No micro-managing here, almost to a fault. You are shown what needs to get done, and you are left to do it. If you don't do it, then you won't last. Often requires some after hours voluntary "night school" to get up to speed.

      Pluspunten

      Small company, yet very progressive and successful. Owners are very down to earth and right there in the trenches with the Sales Team. Staff is wonderful to work with, and it is a very positive, family-like atmosphere. The communication between teams and departments is excellent. They are continually growing and looking for new ways to succeed. I have worked there for almost 9 months and couldn't be happier.
