The identity crisis of the brand is felt through all departments. Senior management micromanages all departments Mid level managers not trusted to do their job Senior management has differing ideas of what the airline should be

Thank you for the feedback. In a fast-moving, startup environment like ours, we know keeping our Crewmembers informed is an integral part of our growth strategy. Between our weekly company-wide newsletter (Crew Update), monthly department calls with senior leadership, and quarterly all-hands meetings with Alex, we certainly are prioritizing communication; sharing information as soon as we can. Getting involved in a Crewmember Resource Group, such as IDEA, is another way to keep up-to-date and be part of the solution regarding decisions that may impact your work group.
