Pluspunten
The flight benefits here are incredible. I have gotten to travel so much when that never would have been possible before. The crews that you work with are amazing. Our flight attendants are great, and the pilots are for the most part, super friendly. The people who work on the ground here from maintenance to ASC's are legitimately the hardest working people I have ever met in my entire life. The team here works incredibly well.
Minpunten
The summer heat in Las Vegas is brutal, but JSX does a good job of taking care of its people. Sometimes people are promoted here without any logic behind it. The management can be really micromanage-y. You absolutely do not have any grace period on being late either. 5 times before they fire you. Be careful, they even consider 1 minute late as an occurrence.
