      Top management is making too many changes. Huge Corporate shuffle. Everyone is driving cost cost cost..., executives think they can get manufacturing cost reductions magically quarter over quarter.

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
