Unfairness management, the one good at carrying balls will get promoted. Good and diligent people are often left out and overloaded. This is the place for you if you are specialize in carrying balls.

Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

Minpunten

Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
