de mensen op de werkvloer krijgen al het werk af, iedereen is bereid om te helpen wanneer dat nodig is. Management is aan het veranderen maar alsnog moeten sommige keuzes voor de langetermijn worden gemaakt.

Minpunten

Wordt nog steeds hergeorganiseerd door de heftige verlies van werkkrachten. Communicatie moet verbeteren en alles moet goedkoop zijn in plaats van van goede kwaliteit te zijn. Hogere management heeft geen idee wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt. Werkdiscipline moet verbeteren, maar management ondersteunt dit niet, te veel veranderingen van management in een korte periode.
