Let’s see, first it’s a dead industry. IBM, PTC Siemens are the biggest competitors and they no longer invest in RM. Stock purchase program is garbage, and I don’t think anyone will buy this dumpster fire. CEO is an errand boy for the venture capitalist and spends most of his day sending passive aggressive emails and listening to sales calls. He sold cutco knives or something so you know he’s an expert. Need to be in Portland to be favore, remote employees are forgotten about. Overall, avoid this place it is one of the many terrible software companies out there. If you work there now, get off the sinking ship while you can.
