Pluspunten
This was my first job and I started there at 15 and was there until I was 20. It was like any other entry job into the work force. Part-time and I had the luck of having many of my managers give the flexibility of working as well as being in school. I started as a team member and by the time I left the company I was a shift lead (sort of like an assistant manager).
Minpunten
Although I had many good experiences with my managers I happen to have worked at a store who couldn't keep a manager for more than a year which made it a constant struggle of relearning to work for a different kind of manager too often. By the time I became a lead we went about 5 months with just an interim manager. You could feel how unhappy she was that she wasn't given the position permanently which resorted in an awkward environment to say the least and her lack of commitment. in this time I was given many responsibilities that were above my paygrade and would often be asked to work 5am to 3pm until the evening team lead arrived so that they wouldn't have to pay a third team lead. This was also out of plain lazyness and the manager not wanting to take the time to do bank runs.
