Manager is never there. Management is an issue within the whole company. You have to do the work of 3 people and get paid the minimum. If you get sick or injured they expect you to still work. If you call out they will try to make you work from home when you are trying to rest to get better.

Literally everything else. Overbearing top-down management style, National managers that pretend they know what is happing at facilities they are never physically at. Companywide decisions being made from the top without the consideration of the different laws and regulations for different markets. In my time here, ~1 year, I watched our facility turnover close to 500 employees. The turnover was so bad that the company tried bringing on a temp agency because they had exhausted the local workforce... ***If you are considering starting/growing a career here, don't waste your time***
