Corporate sets unrealistic goals(especially after the covid boom) and it seems like German counter parts have a majority of the work, americans aren't left with much. Not much training was offered when I first started, kinda felt like I was doing nothing the first few months of being hired and just sat around waiting for work. Not at all transparent with what's actually happening within the company. Had multiple layoffs in the Florida branch in 2024, after a hiring craze. Corporate completely restructured the buisness model in the florida branch, narrowing down portfolio diversity, causing financial losses in that part of the company. I've seen many employees in that company increase their level of education to be sold short of the roles they deserved, so not much career growth opportunities. Had some program to find flaws in the company but acted in no way shape or form to solve any problems. IT thinks they run the company, I think they need a wake up call and need to understand they're there for nothing else but support and need to learn their job instead of forcing terrible software on to the corporation just because it makes their job easier. (You guys didn't save the company any money fyi)
