there is no advancement, a lot of nepotism. the company thinks they are promoting employees to a higher position but its not a promotion since you have to interview for any higher open positions.

Only the flight benefits are worth it, and that even barely with the amount of crap that goes on within this company

Severely underpaid, toxic senior managers, leadership rewards incompetence and laziness and ostracizes good employees, severe amount of pure stupidity and backstabbers/two-facers. Workload constantly increases with raises outpaced by inflation
