While I gained some experience during my time at Jetbridge, the overall work environment was challenging. The leadership style of the CEO was not conducive to fostering a positive or supportive workplace culture. Employees were often spoken to in a dismissive or disrespectful manner, with little patience or understanding shown. Constructive feedback was rare, and communication often felt more demeaning than collaborative.
