Passionate staff who really agree with and care about the mission and those they serve. Amazing job for someone who wants a balance between office based work and being out and about around the city.
Minpunten
Pay is not balanced with the experience and education requirements. No room for increase in salary based on time served or performance. One "longevity" raise given after 2 years (only $2k) and nothing after that unless you get promoted- and there's not a lot of room for that beyond a certain point.
