I enjoyed the flexibility in schedule plus some fun and friendly colleagues I've met.

Minpunten

Clients were not satisfied with the services that the company offers. As a customer service, it was hard to deal with clients who were disappointed. We couldn't reassure them of a better service when the management wouldn't do anything about it.

Like any company there are some good, hardworking people there. Work is mostly remote allowing for pretty good work life balance

Just about everything else. Office politics and arbitrary decisions from up top seem to play a role in constant internal changes within the sales department. These changes effect room for meaningful promotion or even the ability to stay consistent in your current role. Management is entirely disorganized and communication is spotty/inconsistent. Product itself has its own issues, as does the internal software used to perform your job. The goal post is constantly being moved, commission structures altered etc. These factors and more combine to create an atmosphere that feels like a sinking ship that everyone is trying desperately to get off of.
