Pluspunten

Very collaborative work environment with passionate people who love what they do. Quite the variety of designs, from indoor plants, exterior landscapes and holiday decor. Lots of options for upward movement, even in different departments if you prove you're a good worker.

Minpunten

Work load can become intense seasonally, Spring Season and especially the holiday season (Mid Nov-Mid Dec). Work/life can become hard to balance. Compensation is fair but could be better considering location.

There are opportunities for advancement.

The management team have no respect for the employees. They will overwork and underpay until exhaustion. Expressing concern or setting boundaries is frowned upon. If you disagree with management, they retaliate. There’s always opportunities for a reason - no one stays, but Bullies thrive. Don’t bother addressing anything with HR either. It’s a waste of time and energy. Of all the companies I have worked for, I’ve never been treated as poorly. They’re always hiring.
