Pluspunten

Average-level employees are nice and in general pleasant to work with, assuming they speak the same language.

Minpunten

1) Terrible pay and management is incentivized to give bad reviews to not give out merit increases. 2) Frequent merit/yearly increase are postponed and never back-filled. 3) Poor management decisions that negatively affect bonuses 4) Worst healthcare I've seen in my life and every year it gets worse. This affects the entire company. It's really, really bad. 5) Promotions to women or minorities specifically because they are women or minorities. Upper management said this explicitly during a meeting where an unqualified woman who doesn't even speak English fully was promoted to plant manager. 6) Good people are leaving in droves. This means that the only people left are the worst kinds of employees.

Pluspunten

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Minpunten

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
