Constantly changing directions and decisions, no central leadership on any topic - hide behind matrix environment for lack of leadership and management skills, elitist, poor benefits that get worse every year of employment, horrible/2 faced and untrained managers - particularly directors and VPs, promote constant fear that you will lose your job, no actual care for goal setting/achievement for employees or help in growing them, unethical: do not honor contract obligations, no accountability for employee actions, must be a "yes man" to be promoted. You must be willing to put up with a lot.
