There are a certain number of pros for this organisation which i will try to list out below: 1. They Preach and practice an open door policy, anyone who is there in the floor provided you a question worth it, will be giving them your time and share their knowledge painstakingly gained after years of hard work. Its a culture that if a person can take advantage of will help out immensely. 2. Almost no discrimination between any senior or junior associates, people are helpful to a great limit. 3. Good Work Life Balance can be maintained if a person can handle the workload , flexible work from home facilities are also available in certain cases. 4. Massive exposure to a vast and booming market makes it a huge learning platform. 5. Existent and persistent culture of new innovations and ideas paves a way for coming into the center stage and showcase ones idea to the world. 6. With a vast talent pool and number of LOB's(Lines of Business) with expertise in all of the concerned LOB's, help is easy to find for any issue which may arise. 7.
