You are given lots of control over the product you are building. Lots of room for creativity in what you build. Short Friday’s are nice

The occasional "office party", if that even counts.

Minpunten

Nepotism, favoritism, gossip. Employees are being treated like criminals. Employees who sleep at their desk are treated well. Employees who do their work get yelled at. The salary barely pays the bills.
