Bad management with no encouragement

I have come from previously working in a 'Early Stage Startup' to a 'Large Scale Studio' and have found this company setup at June Gaming to be the best fit for myself and any other enthusiastic and passionate game developers out there. Some good points to mention about the Work Culture : - Get to work with one of the smartest bunch I have found in the Industry. Most are very passionate about their work and one would learn a lot across the production pipeline. - Projects mostly in the FPS genre giving developers a chance to work with advance Unity Physics and AI unlike other companies. - Good encouragement from management given free time to work on any impressive POCs given one's initiative and eagerness to learn. - You won't be spoon fed, learn to understand your role with the game and work towards delivering more than what is asked for. Few points on the Work Place : - Amazing air-conditioned penthouse office space in Viman Nagar, Pune with all basic amenities including pantry. - Monthly events and casual parties. - The company has a puppy!

Cons : - Inefficient project management and long-term vision sharing as of now. Employees would be needed to step up from their role to get a holistic idea of what's needed to be done to deliver better. This would be a pro for some!
