No cold calls, 2 -3 leads everyday, through sales training with Ai simulation, easy communication throughout workplace with a knowledgeable dispatch center, management and installers, minimum six day work weeks with day starting at 8am with virtual sales meeting. First lead is scheduled at 10am with the last lead at 6pm.

60+ hours a week, 3500 miles a month, job breakdowns are always in favor of the company not you. Micro managed.
