Management is cooperative, encourage faculties for development and research, we get reimbursement for all research papers we publish, we get FDPs periodically.

As such there is cons i found in last four years of my tenure.

The working environment is cooperative and growth-oriented, making it a good place for academicians looking for stability, research opportunities, and professional development.
