      Friendly and cooperative colleagues. Good exposure to teaching, student mentoring, and academic administration. Opportunities to enhance subject knowledge and professional skills. Positive interaction with students and scope for research activities. Encourages teamwork and collaboration among faculty members.

      Minpunten

      Workload can be high during examination and admission periods. Administrative responsibilities sometimes reduce time available for research. Limited opportunities for career advancement in some departments. Maintaining work-life balance can be challenging during peak academic sessions.

      Management is cooperative, encourage faculties for development and research, we get reimbursement for all research papers we publish, we get FDPs periodically.

      Minpunten

      As such there is cons i found in last four years of my tenure.
