This is the most dysfunctional work environment I've ever been in. If you are a brown noser and worked at Pulte you will do great here since that seems to be the common theme among those that are promoted and treated well. Otherwise, the ceiling is very low and the trust and respect for the employees is little. You are a little fish in a big pond and that is most definitely the way it feels. Unfortunately, management is so busy playing favorites that they don't actually see who is a talented asset and who is just blowing smoke.
