Structure falling apart. Raises suck. No structure In leadership. Manager is the limit. I met so many managers that worked for the company 13 yrs. 19 yrs and all above and In between and still make $13 hr

It got to be fun to see how fast we could get on the drive thru, we ended up being the fastest team in our district! My manager was really great at getting us to have fun as a team, and to leave our bs about working fast food at the door.
