Decent place to learn if you are self motivated to strive.

Minpunten

Management is more focused on making money than employees or the viewers of the station. Moral was always very very low.

Most everyone who works is here is friendly and easy to get along with. No one will hesitate to help if you ask.

Minpunten

You'll work longer hours during severe weather and winter, but that's expected at a news station.

This is sales specific- I really can’t say many pros other than decent benefits

Minpunten

-unfair treatment -favoritism -unprofessional -shady -managers are not always very nice, managers are unprofessional and do not train well at all, even when employees ask for more help or guidance - pay is not great for coordinators and assistants, sales reps are 100% commission based - back lack of diversity
