KPFF is a medium size company with little upward mobility. The salaries and bonuses are below market in most instances.

Great work-life balance, very kind employee and leadership base, ability to guide and control your own career. Great autonomy but support when needed.

Minpunten

If you're on the business support side, you will not be given the same growth opportunities. If you advocate for it, some cross-training or certifications are available, but not much else. Pay is extremely below market standard.
