Tons of miscommunication between bosses and their employees, too many meetings when work needs to get done, WAY too many forms and processes required to report daily activity which cuts into the time necessary to actually EXECUTE the activities, juggling so many important things at once that things fall by the waistside and everything is done half-assed, too much upper level management and not enough people actually working in the field, new product platforms are rolled out before they're ready, low pay, too much criticism, way too many politics, high stress all around, and after all of this - a ton of us suddenly lost our jobs or got demoted. Wow.
