Minpunten
- Despite office location in San Diego, Kashi is just a department in the larger Kellogg Company, which is a corporate machine. It’s not run as a separate entity in most respects, so don't let the location fool you. - Leadership is extremely hypocritical. They say they believe in a positive, uplifting culture, but they don't acknowledge business or work challenges, preferring to sweep everything under the rug. - Company rewards those who tow the company line and stay quiet, rather than those who share their opinions. - Management changes over frequently, causing a chaotic work environment (leaders changed 3x in less than 3 years). - Multiple rounds of layoffs occurred during less than 3 years. - Leadership emphasizes quarterly results over long-term success, often compromising the best ideas to satisfy retail customer deadlines. - Unless you're willing to move to central Michigan, there are NO career growth opportunities. You can expect to stay in your role for several years, hoping that someone else leaves to open up an opportunity. - Supervisors are unqualified to lead and manage other people.
