trabajo remoto (aunque no esta muy clara la politica con respecto a eso). muy buen ambiente laboral, aunque no por una politica de la empresa sino por el tipo de perfiles que contratan (licenciados en letras, sociologos, periodistas). dos días libres para trámites y 15 dias de estudio al año. 3 semanas de vacaciones. bono anual

Minpunten

el trabajo esta poco documentado y se vuelve rutinario. la empresa parece no tener un rumbo claro. dicen ser flexibles con el horario pero controlan horas y minutos trabajados. despidos masivos sin causa y sin preaviso por videollamada. despidieron por whatsaap a gente que estaba de vacaciones.

The people. Both employees and the founders are great people. The work is really interesting and the bosses are really willing to get the best of you and make you grow as a professional. Your opinion is genuinely take into account.

Minpunten

The office facilities are not great (baths break very often). No snacks and the air conditioner does not work. The salaries are good but not great, a little under the average for the software industry.
