This is a very supportive educational agency that's very rewarding to one's career wellbeing; although, it appears teachers have a heavy workload and responsibility. Therefore, paras are now more vital to help keep the overall classroom on task. Overall Kelly is top tier in supporting the local school's with substitute teacher assistance! Therefore, I feel maybe since the additional support is needed to the school's permanent staff; i think the pay rate should be looked into so that there can be a pay per hour increase.
