There is no accountability what so ever at the senior leadership level. Although they strive for a culture of innovation, there are multiple new projects, products and focus groups, nothing gets accomplished. It is great to work for a company where you can innovate, but innovation does not mean that everyone gets to do their own thing and leadership is not held to some level of consistency.
