Minpunten
I was informed that I needed more training in scheduling appointments over the phone as a medical receptionist, but despite my proactively calling my manager to set up a time, it never happened. Also, they didn’t inform me of a position about thirty minutes from my home that I would’ve taken, so that screwed up my applying for unemployment.
