Minpunten

Unfortunately, culture and management style were badly managed. Basically if you are a foreigners, you can be promoted yearly without any achievements, if you are Asians, can forget about any rewards or promotions. No strategy and you often heard certain dept restructuring - sometimes restructuring with the purpose of creating a new vacancy for some foreigners. Too political environment.

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Minpunten

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.

You learn a great deal, and the work environment is very dynamic and fast-paced.

Minpunten

The work environment felt very competitive and sometimes difficult to navigate. There was frequent micromanagement and inconsistency in management style. At times, favoritism seemed to affect the workplace environment, making it feel less supportive for some employees. Employees’ work and accomplishments were sometimes minimized or undervalued, and certain comments could be perceived as discriminatory, which negatively affected morale and job satisfaction.
