KeyLime at the time was able to secure projects with big name brand companies and promoted self growth by requiring researcher to learn new tools, techniques, and resources.

Due to a lack of proper workload distribution several researchers were overloaded, stressed, and in some instances not supported when clients had to be reeled in during scope creep. KeyLime would also sell projects that couldn’t necessarily be done properly due to lack of resources or expertise and would expect researchers to complete early with minimal assistance.
