I started working here straight out of high school as a teacher assistant, and over the past eight years, I have learned and grown so much. The administration team is incredibly supportive, always hands-on in helping both staff and students succeed. Even in a place I love working, no workplace is perfect. One challenge at Key Point is that because it's such a dynamic and fast-paced environment, things can change quickly, and you have to adapt on the go. While this keeps things exciting and allows for growth, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the supportive administration and teamwork make it easier to navigate those challenges.
