Pluspunten
Bank holidays and hours are great, along with a great team to work with. Depending if you are full time or part time, you can receive up to 4 weeks of paid vacation from the start. Some positions are less (maybe 2 or 3?). 10 Bank Holiday per year on top of PTO. New employees don't get sick time. It comes from PTO. Any unused PTO at the end of year rolls over into sick time for the following year. PTO restarts Jan. 1 of every year. Downside is you need to plan your entire year for PTO, which can be difficult.
Minpunten
High sales goals with upper management consistently down your back over goals, activities and production. You will be jamming products down clients throats all day long. Technology is archaic and the amount of time to open new accounts or take applications seems to take too much time. There are also an extreme amount of programs and applications that must be used on a daily basis to function. The technology is quite disappointing. Other banks, smaller than Key, have much better tech. The training process is slow and doesn't include some of the programs used on a consistent basis. Financial Wellness is a joke and the process to enroll and receive credit takes too long leaving the customer not interested because of the process involved. People don't want to take an hour just to open a new account.
