Telemarketing non-stop. Micromanagement to an extreme extent with dozens of reports. Bonus structure changes constantly, and sometimes retroactively if the bonus payouts are getting too big. So many systems and programs that new hires get overwhelmed and leave within the first 2 years. Company acknowledges that it needs to streamline, but new systems are consistently added still.
