Minpunten
workload was extremely heavy and often unsustainable. It wasn't uncommon to work 12-hour days without a real lunch break, and I frequently felt overwhelmed and stretched too thin. There was little regard for work-life balance, and the constant pressure made it difficult to recharge or feel supported. While the fast-paced environment may suit some, I found it challenging to maintain long-term without burning out.
